Juniors:
I work with young people who are passionate about their sport from the age of 10 to 18 and who compete regularly. Some of them have sports scholarships in Spain, France, or the USA and face significant challenges.
Adults:
From approximately 18 to 65 years old, I work with young adults with very high-level sports projects, as well as senior amateurs who want to continue enjoying their passion by improving the mental aspect of their game.

Amateurs:
The amateur level is very varied. I coach people from intermediate to the highest level. The people I coach compete and seek in competition the opportunity to surpass themselves and progress to reach the next level.
Professionals:
The challenges faced by professional athletes are unique and require a more specialized approach adapted to their context.
The topics we usually cover together are:
Pressure and Expectations, Intense Competition, Career Management
Injury Management, Internal Expectations, Resources and Support, Adapting to Rapid Change, Work-Life Balance

Coaches:
Although new generations of coaches receive increasingly more training on mental and emotional aspects throughout their careers, many of you continue to express the need to be better prepared to more effectively support the athletes you train. That is why I also support coaches who wish to do so. This can be done either through individual sessions, as I would with an athlete, or through group training workshops at clubs on topics we define together.
Parents:
I've lost count of the times parents of athletes have called me to ask how to act before, during, and after competitions. That's why I've been offering talks and workshops for this audience for years, both in person and online, several times a season, at the clubs where I've already started working with athletes.
In summary, our parent counseling and sports coach training service is designed to help you be the best possible support for the young people you coach.
