When should you do mental coaching?

Mental coaching for athletes focuses on acquiring and developing mental and organizational skills to enjoy and perform at your best in your sport and in life. You decide if you want and can come to the office or if we can meet online.
The most common reasons why athletes come to see me:
- They feel they need to overcome mental or emotional obstacles when competing or training in order to progress.
- They need help organizing their sports, school, and personal lives.
- They know they need to include mental training in their overall training to improve, but they don't know how to do it.
- They've leveled up and noticed that the demands have also increased.
- His parents or coaches recommend it to him
- They are feeling blocked
- They have lost motivation
- They progress technically, physically, and strategically, but they don't see any evolution at a mental level.
Individual sessions for a personalized approach
Every athlete is unique and therefore requires a personalized approach. My coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs, helping you identify and define your goals. We discover your needs together. We train techniques and tools together and develop a training plan so you can progress in your mental skills. Together, we make mental training an integral part of your overall training.

Mental Training Techniques
I am trained in different techniques such as:
Visualization, mindfulness, breathing techniques, relaxation or activation techniques, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), explicitness, techniques to help you set clear goals, inner dialogue and your belief system.
What you will improve: Your concentration, motivation, resilience, stress management, and emotional management.
Through video calls, or in person, I guide you through practical exercises and provide you with tools that you can use in your daily training and competition routine.
Flexibility and Accessibility
You choose the format: in-person or online, monthly, bimonthly, or weekly, or a customized schedule based on your needs. I offer flexible hours to best suit your availability, ensuring you receive the support you need. We'll also determine the session length together, between 30 minutes and 1 hour. We'll discuss all of this after the first session to find what YOU need.

The strength of the group
I also offer group workshops, which perfectly complement individual sessions, providing a space where athletes can apply what they've learned in a collaborative context. Personal development is enhanced through interaction with peers, enriching the training experience and fostering holistic growth.
The regularity of the matches
Consistency is key to athletic progress. Group workshops have an even greater impact when we maintain a regular routine of group training sessions, which fosters discipline and commitment. Regular meetings ensure steady improvement, reinforcing positive habits and strengthening team spirit. At the beginning of the season, I plan the workshop schedule with the coaching team at the clubs I collaborate with.
